Christmas Baskets

Dear Friends,

If you are like me you just got done putting up some Halloween/Fall
decorations and now someone wants to talk about Christmas. Well, it
is that time already. PALMS is coordinating the Christmas basket
raffle again this year. All the proceeds go to purchase bikes and
helmets for the Jacksonville Children's Christmas Party. All the
bikes given away are purchased with money raised by Mayo employees.
Some 600 bikes and helmets were purchased last year.

The raffle will run for two weeks. December 1- December 12. The shift
time is 10:30-2:30. The good news is that we will be at one location
only. We will be right outside the door of the staff cafeteria.

I like to staff 2 volunteers per shift. Call a friend and volunteer
together. It's a great time to catch up. Everyone who has volunteered
in the past had a great time.
